How it works

From idea to a live product in 30 days.

Here's exactly how we go from a call to a SaaS your users can pay for. Read this before you book, so the call is just us talking.

  1. 01

    You book a call

We talk about your idea first. What it does, who it's for, what it's costing you to not have it yet. I ask questions. Then I tell you straight whether it fits 30 days. If it doesn't, I say so.

  2. 02

I scope it. You get a doc in 24 hours

After the call I write an acceptance doc. It lists every feature, what's in, and what we cut to phase 2. That doc is our agreement. The code can change. The doc doesn't, unless we both agree.

  3. 03

You approve. You pay the deposit

We walk the doc together, on a call or in Slack, until it's right. Then half up front to lock your slot. Card or bank transfer, your call. The deposit is how I hold the 30 days for you and turn other work away.

  4. 04

    I build in the open

A Trello board tracks every feature as it moves. The product sits on a live link the whole time, so you test it as it grows. We talk in Slack and jump on demo calls so you see it working, not just hear about it. I ask you things as I go, the edge cases and use cases we didn't think of on day one.

  5. 05

    It ships in 30 days

Live, deployed, and real. Users can sign up and pay you. Payments wired in, the basics so Google can find it, analytics so you can watch what happens. The other half is due on launch.

  6. 06

    Phase 2, when you're ready

The features we cut don't disappear. They wait in the doc. Once real users tell us what matters, we scope the next round. No pressure, no clock until you want one.

Four rules I build by

Fixed time, flexible scope

The 30 days never moves. Scope does. If the build gets tight, we cut, we don't extend. You always ship on day 30. Cutting the right things is the job you're paying me for.

One person, start to finish

Design, frontend, backend, deploy. All me. No account manager, no handoff to a junior. You talk to the person writing the code, not a middleman.

You're never in the dark

We talk in Slack and jump on demo calls, so you see the product working as it grows, not just at the end. It's on a live link the whole time. No silent month, no surprise reveal. You're in it with me, start to finish.

A stack I know cold

The same proven tools I ship with every day, not a trendy stack I'm learning on your money. Because I know them cold, I move fast and the price stays fixed. I keep the code clean and simple, so adding features later is cheap and quick.

Ready when you are.

Bring the idea. I'll tell you on the call exactly what fits 30 days, and what doesn't.
