1. Who we are
Kinzo (“we,” “us”) is an AI development service operated by Kwesi. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Your name and email address (when you book a call or contact us)
- Your company or project name (from our booking form)
- A brief description of what you are building (from our booking form)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number)
- Any files, content, or information you share with us during a project
Information collected automatically
- Basic website analytics — pages visited, time on site, referral source. We use this to understand how people find us. We do not track you across other websites.
- Your IP address and browser type (collected automatically by our hosting provider).
3. Why we collect it
- To deliver our service: We need your name, email, and project details to do the work you hired us to do.
- To process payments: Stripe handles payment processing on our behalf.
- To communicate with you: Project updates, questions, and deliveries.
- To improve our website: Anonymous analytics help us understand what is working and what is not.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with marketers.
4. Who we share it with
We only share your information with the services we need to do our job:
- Stripe — to process your payment. Stripe has its own privacy policy.
- Cal.com — to manage bookings. Cal.com has its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — to host our website. Cloudflare has its own privacy policy.
- Trello — to manage your project board and share updates with you during the project. Trello has its own privacy policy.
We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
5. How we protect it
- All data transmitted to and from our website is encrypted using HTTPS.
- Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your card details.
- Project files are shared through secure, access-controlled links.
- We limit access to your information to only those who need it to deliver the service — which is just us.
6. How long we keep it
- Project files and deliverables: We keep copies for up to 12 months after project completion, in case you need us to reference them. After that, they are deleted.
- Contact information: We keep your name and email for as long as we have a business relationship with you. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
- Payment records: We keep payment records for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years in the US).
- Analytics data: Anonymous and aggregated. Not tied to your identity.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Ask us what information we have about you.
- Correction: Ask us to fix any incorrect information.
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your information. We will do so unless we are legally required to keep it (such as payment records for tax purposes).
- Portability: Ask us to send you a copy of your information in a standard format.
- Opt out: If we ever send marketing emails (we currently do not), you can unsubscribe at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
8. California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

9. Cookies
Our website may use essential cookies to keep the site functioning properly. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies that follow you around the internet. If we use analytics, it is privacy-focused and does not use cookies to identify you personally.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
